By accessing or using ABDflow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ABDflow.
ABDflow provides AI-powered enterprise software solutions including but not limited to: intelligent process automation, predictive analytics, document processing, enterprise resource planning, customer experience AI, and AI security tools. The specific features and capabilities available to you depend on your subscription plan as detailed on our pricing page.
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete registration information; maintain and promptly update your account information; maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access; notify us immediately of any security breach; and be responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
The Platform, including its original content, features, functionality, AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology, is owned by ABDflow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. ABDflow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform during your subscription term. You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software; use the Platform to develop competing products; or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
You agree to: use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Indian IT laws and international data protection regulations; not upload or transmit any harmful code, malware, or unauthorized content; not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Platform; not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network; not use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited activity; and not impersonate any person or entity. You retain all rights to data you upload, and grant ABDflow a license to process such data solely to provide our services.
Online payment collection is coming soon and is not currently processed through this website. Any pricing shown on the site is for planning or sales discussion unless a separate written agreement or invoice is issued by ABDflow. For demos, subscriptions, or commercial terms, contact ABDflow directly by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
We aim to provide reliable platform access and notify customers about scheduled maintenance when applicable. Any specific service levels, support commitments, or credits must be agreed in the applicable order form or enterprise agreement. The Platform is provided "as is" except where a separate written agreement states otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABDflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.
ABDflow implements reasonable security measures as described in our Privacy Policy. We act as a data processor for data you upload to our platform. Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request. We will notify you promptly of any data breach affecting your data as required by applicable law.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. ABDflow may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination: your access will be revoked; your data will be available for export for 30 days; after 30 days, we will securely delete your data subject to legal retention requirements. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, conducted in English in Dubai, UAE or New Delhi, India at the claimant's option. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
