By accessing and using ABDflow.com ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

The ABDflow platform operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

The Service is provided for lawful business purposes only. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to engage in activities that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content, software, and materials on ABDflow.com are the intellectual property of Abdullah Subhani, the ABDflow platform, or their licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

ABDflow is a software platform operated by Abdullah Subhani that presents enterprise software options including Fleet Management, Real Estate CRM, Healthcare Management, Education Platform, HR solutions, and AI-guided business systems. Specific service details are available on the website.

We may offer free trials for certain services. The terms of any trial will be specified at the time of registration. Unless cancelled, trial accounts may be converted to paid subscriptions.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Service credits may be provided for extended downtime as outlined in our SLA.

Service pricing is as displayed on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Services are billed monthly or annually at your option. Annual plans receive a 20% discount. Payment is due at the start of each billing period.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. After this period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are available for prepaid annual plans unless required by law.

Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended after 10 days. A late fee of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue balances.

We are committed to protecting your data. Your information is encrypted and stored in compliance with ISO 27001 standards and GDPR requirements.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Abdullah Subhani and the ABDflow platform a license to use your data solely for providing the Service.

We perform regular backups of customer data. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ABDULLAH SUBHANI AND THE ABDFLOW PLATFORM DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABDULLAH SUBHANI AND THE ABDFLOW PLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Abdullah Subhani and the ABDflow platform from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period upon termination.

The platform operator may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request data export within 30 days of termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Any disputes arising from these Terms may be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE in accordance with UAE Arbitration Law.
