For enterprise clients, we may process data you upload to our platform solely for providing our services, acting as a data processor under your instructions.
For users in the European Economic Area, we process your data based on: (a) your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; (b) the necessity to perform our contract with you; (c) our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services, provided these do not override your fundamental rights; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
We use your information to: provide, maintain, and improve our enterprise AI software products; process transactions and send related information; communicate with you about updates, support requests, and promotional materials (with your consent where required by law); ensure platform security, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; analyze usage trends and improve user experience; and personalize content and recommendations.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to ABDflow or other websites. Google uses the DoubleClick DART cookie and other advertising cookies to enable Google and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to ABDflow and/or other sites on the Internet. ABDflow uses consent mode so ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization, and analytics storage are denied by default until a visitor accepts cookies where consent is required. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie and personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com. Users can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at https://www.aboutads.info.
We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including India and the UAE. By using our services, you consent to such transfers.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately. Under the DPDP Act, verifiable parental consent is required for processing data of children.
