ABDflow publishes product documentation, implementation guidance and operational software analysis for people evaluating or designing business systems. This page explains who creates that material, how it is reviewed and what readers should expect.
Effective July 30, 2026. Questions or correction requests can be sent to support@abdflow.com.
Purpose and audience
Our public guidance is written for operators, founders, implementation teams and decision-makers who need to understand workflows, records, controls, handoffs and software tradeoffs. Every indexed article should answer a practical question and provide enough context for a reader to make a better next decision.
Who creates the content
Articles are prepared by the ABDflow product and operations team. The organization is the named author because the work combines product design, workflow analysis, engineering and implementation perspectives rather than representing one individual's personal publication.
Planning and review process
- Choose a topic that is directly connected to ABDflow's software and implementation work.
- Describe the operational problem before recommending a system or feature.
- Separate general guidance from product-specific capabilities.
- Check terminology, calculations, links and claims before publication.
- Revisit material when products, regulations or referenced sources materially change.
Evidence, examples and claims
Examples may be illustrative and should be identified by context. ABDflow does not present simulated interface data as customer results. Performance, savings or outcome claims should only be published when they can be supported by a documented method or a clearly identified source. Readers should confirm legal, tax, medical and regulatory questions with qualified professionals.
Use of AI in publishing
AI tools may assist with outlining, language review, consistency checks or research organization. They do not replace editorial responsibility. Material selected for indexing is reviewed by the ABDflow team for relevance, accuracy, originality and fit with the stated audience. Pages created primarily to target search phrases are excluded from the curated public index until they receive a substantive review.
Corrections and updates
Substantive corrections are applied as soon as reasonably possible and the modified date is updated when the change affects a reader's understanding. Send the page URL and the issue to support@abdflow.com. Product questions and implementation enquiries can be sent through the contact page.
Commercial and advertising separation
ABDflow's insight content may link to relevant ABDflow products because those products are part of the subject being discussed. Product links do not change the requirement for the guidance to be useful on its own. Advertising does not determine editorial conclusions. See the advertising disclosure for additional details.
